Three variations for agent overlays on the Forestwalk stage, mocked on a real PR proof frame
Redesign exploration for Cedar's reviewer proof videos. The problem from this week's meeting: viewers can't tell what's part of the app and what the agent added, because stickers borrow Cedar's own brand language inside the app window while captions look like broadcast closed captioning.
All variations share the new baseline: rounded app window on the Forestwalk stage, a cream caption plate with brand-green Manrope text and an amber step chip, captions phrased as intent before the action, and one annotation ink (Forestwalk amber) replacing the stock blue highlights.
The three variations differ only in where the agent's outcome note lives: in the rail outside the window, inside next to the action as a marker tag, or tethered from the target to the window edge. Current pick: the marker tag (variation 2), with the tether as the collision fallback. Final frame shows variation 2 retuned to the verified Forestwalk palette with Lucide icons.
